Be careful of the NAM man. Nah heck cp was way worst I used to catch so much poison oak there. I have yet to catch it at nam.

I got some stuff that was recomended to me by another guy at a game called "TECNU" at REI. It is a soap that is supposed to remove poison oak and Ivy oils. You can use it before or after the rash starts to appear. I have used it after every game at the NAM field and have yet (knock on wood) to get poison oak...
