Yes you can. It must be in new condition with all the packaging and the return must be made within 7 days from purchase. What did you grab online?

Mickey, about 4 years ago I bought a gun from them, a Classic Army Sportline, right out of the box it would cycle once and fire two BB's, I took it back and they said they wouldn't exchange it or take it back but that I could check it in to get fixed which I would have to pay for.
