? airsoft guns and rain

okay its a simple questions and google cant seem to solve it simply enough. can airsoft guns with stand rain???

yes, they can, just make sure after every skirmish/game to wipe it down not completely to dry but enough dry, when you get home make sure not to leave in enclosed put it out and let it dry, or do what i do, take it down and clean it, lube it ETC.

Just as a note, since my M16A2 just came yesterday, in the literature with it, it says keep it out of the rain.

okay thanks viper exactly what i needed to know, and derek whats with reading the directions...who really read the directions or needs too...jk..lol :D :wink:

yes, generally. but don't push it, try not to do anything dumb like dropping it in a stream...(it nearly happened to me, my mag fell out and i almost dropped my gun, luckily only my $49.99 high cap mag was jacked full of mud for the rest of the day)

nah i dunked mine totally submerged in water, shoots better than all of my friends. i remember when you did that tho specforce, that was funny. heh.
