Someone offered to sell me their WE m14 gbbr and I was wondering everyone's opinions on the gun. (keep in mind I want to go into a long range setup)

Im not airsoft professional by any means but i got a hold of one cheap and after 3 rounds on two diffrrent days and foolin around in the backyard on of the nozzle guidebroke. After consulting our friendly neighborhood aex they said parts are hard to come by and i might need to get the part from a place thatspecializes in making we gbbr parts or can get a hold of hard to find parts. Its a cool gun i just had bad luck i thoink just know if something goes wrong it may be harder to fix

if you want a long range set up there is nothing better then a TM VSR. the are bolt action east to work on. base gun is fairly expensive but well worth it my g-spec has a confirmed kill over 300 feet away and its only shooting 350fps. best gun i have ever bought. thanks sam lol

So instead of the m14, any other ideas for guns that are worth getting for a long range setup? Id prefer something semi auto, but bolt is acceptable. (also keep in mind Im on a budget so no 500+ dollar guns before upgrades)
