Medics tagging back in players??? We can do better than that

I like, acually makes use of that IFAK pouch; but only for MilSim games. Otherwise if these were tried at open-play games, it'd prolly be a complete Cluster.

If you take a chest hit like in the pic, do I get to use a 14 gauge needle for chest decompression on you? That looks like you will be suffering from tension pneumothorax....
