what upgrades can i make to my gun to make it shoot farther and more accurately?

It would help if you could specify what farther and more accurately meant. What fps are you shooting for? What kind of accuracy are you looking for? That would help greatly.

i dont really care about the fps, but i want to give my gun more range and accuracy. my gun is a classic army m4

Hop up Bucking and nub and a tightbore will be your best bet.

If you want accuracy, get a good bucking/nub, fix your compression so you get good consistency, cut out as much barrel/inner barrel wobble as possible, make sure the gun is well maintenanced, and use heavier bbs.

My barrel is already long enough, what weight bb's would you suggest?

basically you just want to make sure you have as little air leaks as possible, it will raise your fps, and help with consistency.
