ive been to every location ive found on yellow pages and all of them seem to be gone.
All the BDU's I've ever had were a bit long. That's what the drawstrings in the ankles are for. The extra material gives you room to kneel and crouch. Also, they give you a little room to grow. If you really can't deal with the extra length you could have someone hem them for you.

There is a place off of el camino and cap city freeway called general army surplus that is still open its not south sac per say but the only one in sac area have found in the area.
