As it says in the title, has anyone used them before and would you recommend them? I was just wondering whether this site was reliable and it is legit to buy or not legit to buy.

365airsoft.com ships out of Hong Kong. I read it up on their Shipping & Returns page. It is not worth the extra grief from the Customs Department. Those low prices they offer with be negated by international shipping rates.
