Green Gas -vs- HFC 134a

quick question about gas...ive been geting mixed answers from some buddies about gas for guns. my glock 17 takes HFC 134a gas. but can i use regular green gas in it???

you can use it.... it will prolly not be good. I think your safe to use it in cold temperatures.. I wouldnt use it in the summer though.

I will most likely be wrong, but there are a bunch of different grades of gas... meaning their PSI levels. HFC134a being a low one, then Green, Red, and Black being straight CO2...

just use duster, its basically cheap 134a.... can get bottles for like 3-4 bucks at walmart instead of $15 for same stuff from a airsoft store... just add a little silicone to the mag fill.

haha, if you cant figure out different gasses run at different pressures than you should just click the little x in the upper right corner, sell your GBBs and take a .40cal with hallow points to your head.. hahahahha juuuuustkiding

I have an old print out from an article that was up on airsoftcanada...I'll post up the PSI of the two gasses at different temperatures when I find some time...
