What manufactures can work inside of a cyma ak? I've heard people say you can use echo1's but i'm not so sure because i don't want to waste my money, and purchase the wrong product to upgrade my gun.
dont upgrade a CYMA. save your money and buy a better gun
If its a cyma made in the last few years, most anything. As with any product you should always expect to work a little bit on fitment. Cyma guns, while still considered low end by me and others, are not the same product they were years back. New ones rock over 400fps out of the box, turn over very efficiently with stock batteries, and don't have a habit of breaking with any consistency.
At the very least get some metal bushings installed. If they are still the stock plastic bushings, I would call those the weakest link in your gear box.
I called airsoft gi and evike. Both site representatives brought up installing a MOSFET system into the gun to help with it's functionality. The main thing i wanted to upgrade, was my motor which is why i was asking which manufacturers can fit into a cyma ak.
as the interloper who used my account above said, snake oil. cyma ak's should use normal off the shelf short type motors, and chances are you will not need a mosfet for what you may be planning to do. Which begs the question, what is it that you want out of any upgrades?
