how much would it cost to upgrade a totally stock TM m4 from 280(reg.) fps to about 350 fps? also what would i need(parts wise) to make it long lasting?

i store my gun in a closet, flat no leaning all its wieght on barrel, i shoot like 4-6 round bursts, and i dont keep in in heat.

I think you can get Vincent's upgrade for 40$. My friend got his upgraded to 400fps and it went that way for 2 years, until a BB got stuck in his gearbox when his receiver tabs broke.
