I've been trying to get a fixed number for what constitutes a public gathering in Yuba/Marysville, since that's where all our fields are. There has been no real answer yet, but I'll keep trying. This is the number for the Yuba County Sheriff's, if anyone else wants to give them a call...

Glenn talked to Peter from AEX. From what Peter said, you can have up to 75 people at an event before you need a permit for public gathering. So we need to cap our games at 75 people. (Or get a permit for public gathering ahead of time.)
