Anyone know if these are any good like Excels?
You might want to send Joe a PM. He uses those. His screen name on here is PC05. From what I can tell, they're decent. But he'll give you much better word on it than I can.
Ya, I haven't used them but if you are running a tight bore barrel you are going to want the best bbs with the least deformations.

I dont know how they preform compaired to Excel's BBs, but in my 6.08mm barrel, they worked fine, ok accuracy and no jamming. You can get them off evike for 15$ a bag though.
