Bull crap, sometimes we don't have control of that. Some of us aren't rich and have the luxury to just move out of a bad neighborhood. It's just like racial profiling. That's a bunch of bull. Some of us like our cars to look good and so what, there should be a consequence for those of us who have nice looking cars. Forget that, that's like some people wanting to only have stock guns. Ya right, everyone wants a different looking gun with different capabilities. What if an admin on the airsoft field always came up to you and said hey, you can't use that gun it looks like it's shooting hot, how would you feel?
Okay, I couldn't look at the video here at work, but from what I'm gathering is that some woman refused to get out of the car. One, when pulled over, we don't have to tell you why. Usually, it's just a matter of safety, yours and ours. We kinda like to see where one's hands are. It should be up to the discretion of the officer and use some kind of common sense. At my agency, we have the authority to warn once, then spray or baton, BUT there'd better be a good reason for the non-compliance. Course, we don't deal with the run of the mill street criminals either. Officer AND suspect safety is a concern, officers (smart ones anyway) try to avoid confrontations because of the piles of paperwork that you have to do. When I get into a scuffle at my job, not only do I have to do a report, I have to do a memo up the chain of command, the union gets involved and legal. If the officer in question in the video was with in his departments policies, there probably wouldn't be any issues, if he wasn't however....sucks to be him. We also have a non-profiling policy.

i watched this on Abum.com, she deserved it, he made it uber clear to drop the phone, close the door, get out, ect. she argued with him, he read her her rights, he told her 4 times before tazing her, and he told her it was a tazer, and she still said its a gun. i just wonder what the guy on the phone was wonering the whole time.
