What kind of gun ya got. We need more details so we can understand how it's on there in the first place. :wink:

Try searching on this forum for the answer, I'm sure it's been discussed before from unscrewing the set screw which might be difficult since some are put on with lock tite and or some are just glued in place. When I got my stock G36C with the orange flash hider it was pretty much glued on and I had to use a set of pliers to pry it off, just make sure you are unscrewing it in the correct direction (clock-wise/counter-clock-wise) But for more in dept information, do a search.

what i like to try is sticking a screwdriver all the way through the prongs of the flash hider and back out the other side. proceed to twist in the direction needed to remove it. the VN has a negetive or anticlockwise threading.
