could it be the can of gas, and not your mag?

My room mate and I both have KJW mags... and they are extremely temperamental to temperature. My room mate has been holding his mag OVER a boiling pot of water whenever it won't fill for a minute or two, and then it fills with no problems. Our theory is that the steam helps the rubber seals to expand... and once you get some gas in, leave a little in.

I had three KWC mags for the Co2 series Sigma which leaked bad.

My friend had a leaky marui m9 mag. He bought new seals *arf arf* from OSH with no luck. Brought it to my house, we put a little gas in it(all it could hold) and dropped it into a sink full of water....bubbles! After we found the leak(the filler valve) we took the valve out and teflon taped it. It stopped the leak. If you try this, think logically, put the tape on the threads so when you screw it in the mag it doesnt back the tape off, and once its in you cant take it out without re-taping it. good luck
