If I atetnd a game thrown by SacAirsoft.com,do I have to print out the waiver?Or will you guys have it there,ready for us to sign?Just a question,before I drive 1 hour and find out that I need to go back hom and print out a waiver :D

I never had to fill out a waiver but then again, I'm way over the age of 18. I believe you just have to abide by the rules, especially using your brain.

Gotcha....But what if some kid is playing,and ooh say a bb hits him in the eye and he has to get his eye removed.Can't the parents do something?Since there was no written agreement that they couldn't do anything?Like,you can complain all you want,but the court will be up on your nuts about it,since you have no evidence that the parent said "its ok,I'll let my kid play heree,knowing the risks of physical injury"..Im not sure if the kids/parents over there are that shady,but its more of a "JSUT IN CASE" type situation..

Who is there to sue at sacairsoft? We arn't an organization with money... we use a website to organize some games...... the waiver is more for some of the private games like the ones in napa, CP and lincoln, not for the games on public land.
