No one had their stuff together... if anyone is guilty here its a bunch of messed up greedy ass parents... who the hell lets there kids sleep in bed with this guy. Especially after the first VERY public case where he paid someone off to avoid prosicution.

It wouldn't be double jeopardy if it was another kid or even the same kid...you can't be tried for the same instance of the same crime twice but if you do the same thing again after you've been convicted you can be tried again

No double jeopard as it applies to the law is for a specific crime. If it were just for a type of crime why would he have been charged with multipel counts of child molestation...that would just be redundant. The prosecutor was interviewed today and a reporter asked him if they would pursue Jackson agian if another kid accused him again and he said if the case were credible and strong enough they would. He doesn't have free reign to sleep with children now that would just be dumb if it worked like that.

THe way I figure it, since they couldn't put him behind bars the family might try to sue him for some of the -$300 million that he's worth (negative $300 mill) btw, ya think he's still got that giraffe(spelling).

i personally think the *bag guy* should go to jail. allthough theres note evidence he did say he had kids in the room and got them drunk and previewed them pornographic materlial.
