Y'all mind giving me some education on sniper rifles? I've seen the spring operated and heard of the gas operated, but I need details. I'm not planning on buying one soon, but someday maybe. I'm just curious as to who makes them and what drives them to shoot the way that they do. Also your opinions of what you each like is helpful (that doesn't mean yer gettin somethin from me for Christmas, so don't ask. :P :) ).

I would get an AP2 SV or EX. If you want a gas rifle the tanaka M700/M24 aren't too bad in the summer 8) .
