You might try UNcompany.com, go to "information" on the top banner, then to guide-gun disassemble, then click on gun disassemble SR16 guide. I know its not a VN but I have a M4 and it worked fine. Use common sense and remember things like the trigger guard and front sight crosshair have little spring buttons in them that have to be pushed to remove them. Also dont overtighten the grip or you may crack the plastic and it wont sit right. Hope it helps

yeah i tryed them and it was fine untill i got to taking the reciever apart, you that lil hinge in the front? that is hard to take apart

hmmm on the M4s and SRs its just a pin that holds it together, if its stubborn you take a punch and a hammer or a little socket thats the diameter of the pin and knock it out. Like I said, I have no experience with VNs but thats how the others work....

Hrm. Breaking the tabs might not be a bad thing, though. Gives you an excuse to buy a mettle boddy. I'm thinking of putting a mettle body on my M733, even though I don't use it, just to give it a more solid feel.

Disregard what I said. You do have to remove everything and slide the upper off the lower. You can't just tilt and rock the upper off. Sorry.
