does it sound like the gun is straining? if so, im guessing your gears are off, or your motor needs looking at....i think i had the same problem a while back.

POst more info.Might jsut be the battery.Is it Nicad or Nihm?If its Nicad,are you dis-charging it properly?

im telling you, get someone to check your motor connections. that's an extremely easy to fix problem, and it's free! so i would hope its that.
