anyone else have problems with excell bio bbs. did a sl9 conversion a while back. work fine until today. m100 and bushing were installed and it has feeding problems and will split or crack the bbs. ran regular excell 2.0 not to bad, but still misfeeds a little. any tips or a solution. hop-up and nozzle seem to be aligned fairly well??? thanks.
try a diffrent brand of bbs?

definitely not because of the type of bb's being used. +1 with Stan
checked the alignment, seems ok. it will fire the excell 2.0 so-so. it does have a feeding problem, i think your right stan, the nozzle is breaking the bios. i'll have to work on it alittle. thanks.
