I traded some mags to get this and it has the 7mm bearing gearbox and came with a Systema spring guide/bearing, KM tightbore and a Systema Super Torque-Up motor. The gears look pristine. It chrono's at 320-330 on .20's.

I don't know about the best setup but my TM G36 is using a Hurricane kit and it's shooting at 392 fps.

If you throw in an M120 and a bore up kit, you might be bumping 415 -420. Mine was... but I didnt have the 7mm box, or the systema spring bearing guide and motor. That bearing guide might even add a lil more.
