I bought 2 Mini Batterys for my M4, last night I over charged one and melted the plastic around it, I tried to use it today in target practice, I shot about 80 rounds, and then the gun stopped firing. I took another battery I had, charged it and the gun works fine again.
wow, you melted the plastic... if you did that than im pretty sure the battery is gone, but the other one can last you for a long time if you treat it right.
I'm using a pro-tech super charger, set to 7 cells. The melted one is gone... How long will the other last in the field? Couple hours? Couple hundred rounds?
with your m120 youll prob get 700-1000 shots off. ive never used a mini so im not exactly sure, someone plz correct me.
Yeap, I discharged the battery first, then gave it a 15 Minute 7 cell charge, then being brain dead, I set it for another 15 minutes. I realized about 10 minutes later, jumped up, and the batterys outside was melted. The plastic was melted and the stickers around the metal were starting to metal.
