I have kinda been out of airsoft (Well not paying as close attention as I normally would) for a few months. So I cruise over to AEX's website and see that CA's 249 and CQB M15 are due out this month along with TM finally taking pre-orders on their M14's! WOW I think I might have to check out one of those CA 249's! LOL I dunno about the M14 though since I just bought the real steel civilian model (Springfield M1A) so I'm not wanting to spend alot on something I already own.

For a SOCOM 16 you should expect to pay over $1550 in California. That is about the absolute cheapest that I have seen them for. I'm not sure wether you have heard but in a month or so they are releasing the SOCOM 16 II which will have a piccatiny rail all the way around the foregrip section. I personally think that is a stupid idea for a battle rifle but WTF do I know? LOL
