Well, AEGs under $220, that would be hard to find, especially if you were looking for one with a battery. Most of them are $220 w/out a battery. Your best bet would be to either save up or wait till one of these nice people on SacAirsoft decides to let one of their prized possessions go for a great deal. They do come up on here once and a while.

My best advice to you is to save your money until you have enough for something decent, rather than trying to get the cheapest thing you can find. you will find in the long run you will be happier. If you are interested in M4's or MP5's then TM or CA's are your best bet. You would be looking at around $350 for the gun, battery and charger. But at least you would have a decent quaility gun.
