im thinking of buying a Classic Army m15a4 like the one below \/

its a great gun. very solid and easy to upgrade. the only things you have to do to upgrade the gun to shoot faster is get a new piston head and a new spring. the internals will be fine. that will only cost about 40ish bucks or so.

I have the M15A4 RIS. Very well built. The only ones so far (M15A4 and M15A4RIS)as far as I know that have real bearings rather than bushings. Gears are stainless steel. Seems to be made for the long run. Seems like they are trying to one up TM at their own game. -John

CA's M4 series are very solid and reliable. The Carbine and Tac Carbine come with a 6mm gearbox and metal bushings. The RIS and SPC come with a 7mm gearbox and bearings. All four carbines come with stainless steel gears and with recently released new design metal hopup. If your hopup wheel is yellow you have the new designed hopup. With just a spring upgrade you can push the CA carbines to about 360-370, I would suggest adding an upgraded piston head for better compression. You may be able to hit 400 with a few additional parts beside the spring.

yeah, i have a carbine, and it is great...VERY NICE reinforced barrel, and everything else that is reinforced...hey, what spring and other stuff do i need to put in it to make it go like 370-380???? mine right now is at 330 fps stock...and also, how much would it be to upgrade to it???

Well you can install a 170% CA spring or a 120S Systema spring and push it to about 360-375..

Our labor cost to upgrade/repair AEG's is 32.00, in rare cases we may tell you it will cost more if you have a unique and time consuming problem. But this is very very rare.
