new to the game
Ok im not new to playing airsoft, but im new to playin this style of airsoft. Im lookin into gettin serious in this game and i was wonderin if someone could take my under their wing. I have a sure shot, tactical skills, leader skills, and so on. I just want to play, but i dont want to go out and break a bunch of rules. and if i broke any rules posting this im sorry.

Sign up for a game and head out there. The admin that is running the game will help you out and will inform you on the rules of gameplay.

thats right. you may also want to look around the site in the meantime. there are some rules listed to the left under the login part of the site, also browse the forums. lots of new guys will make new topics about stuff that is already under a forum and it gets a little old explaining stuff 20million times to people.

I personally have no experience with the FAMAS, but it or an aug would be my next AEG. theres a few guys on here who have owned them or still do maybe one of them will respond...

yeah, i have a Classic Army m15a4 Carbine, and while everyone says not to buy them, i say go for it...these guns are nice in my opinion, all metal from the start, already have the $50 upgrade that u would buy at AEX(airsoft extreme) but not the exact same thing...but yeah, if i were u, maybe get a handgun first??? im not sure, most people will disagree with me there also...maybe a glock 19, $110 at AEX but u satill have to buy gas and bb's, and ...etc., go to AEX and ask them...they will help u out, brian and ronnie(only people i know who work there) are really good people to talk to...and yes to people who have heard about this, brian is my mom's new "boyfriend", might be my new step dad...lol...but yeah...thats all the help i have for u. so good luck and welcome to sac air.

There is more to it then just a gun. You need gear as well unless you already have it. We require eye protection of some sort. If you dont want to get hit in the face then get a mask of some sort accidents happen.

i got camo and some other gear..but i only have googles, im gonna buy a face mask tomorrow

Sign up for a SacAir event, ask anyone involved if they've got an AEG you could borrow for a day or two. There are a lot of really nice people on SacAir, and I'm sure that with a little patience and persevereance (not the anoying whining complaining type though) you could find someone who could help you out and loan you a gun
