First like to say hello, and I hate and love Airsoft. Hate it because its a killer on my credit card and love it (_____________) you can fill in the blank. Anyway I'm new to airsoft, just had a quesiton. I like to do research on any and everything I'm going to invest my money in. Now from what I have been told as far as AEG's are concerned I should just stick with Classic Army or Tokyo. I have been doing a little shopping around and ICS keeps popping up. Is ICS a bad company or unreliable or do they just have a bad rap. I just recently bought a M15A4 RIS from classic army, its very nice. I plan on making it look like the M15 on the Classic Army splash page. If I had bought the same gun from ICS would I have regreted it?

Personally I think it was a bad rap. Because the have a split gearbox the older guns didn’t not take upgrades that well. Now they changed a few things and put more meat in the right places in the gearboxes. The parts with the exception of the hop up are interchangeable and I have seen one with a full one piece gearbox in it.
