Airsoft Extreme under new management
Hey everyone...just wanted to drop a note that we have made some changes in our staff at AEX in Citrus Heights to better serve our customers. I am not here to slander our past employees but to let everyone know we are making changes to better serve you and make your experience with us a pleasant one. Please let us know if there are any concerns you have or improvements we can make. Also, we have slightly rearranged and reorganized our store to make it more attractive. Please come on by and take a look at the new AEX.

Oh, you must have been the new voice I talked to last night. It is unfortunate that he had to be let go (I see no one in here has mentioned his name).

did they remove your fuse at aex mabey thats y u went through so many motors? they removed the fuse on my friends ca m4 i told him they shouldent have him do that because id rather replace a 1$ fuse than a 50$ motor.
woa! $1 fuse?! man that must me a very nice fuse =) fuses are cheaper than a buck tho, its like 3 bucks for a pack of 5 bus fuses i think from kragen or autozone or where the heck ever =)

I'm glad to hear you guys are fixing things, but in my case its too little too late, I had an upgrade done at the sac store and had to bring it back 2 times for repairs in 3 weeks, maybe it was the un named person who did the work that is no longer there, but I live in modesto so it a hell of a trip to make, it did eventually get fixed(well sort of, its broken again) but what a hassle.
Look its a bird its a plane, no its just my broken aeg flying all over the place.
I was down there on Wednesday. 200% improvement. I'll just say that this "new management" is what should have been done in the first place. Hopefully, a few skilled people will step up to the plate and management will make some wise decisions in
acquiring a few really good techs. I know who their current "part time" tech is and I'll say that he's one of the best your money can buy...
As long as there has been improvement. I remember maybe 4 of my team members complaining like crazy of how AEX sucked because they had to return their gun how many times before they got it working correctly. Hopefully their complaints will be no more. I do agree with nightferret on the fuse idea. I always tell everyone that wants to upgrade is to keep the fuse no matter what, if you gun doesn't have a fuse, get one and if you want to buy a used gun without a fuse, don't. Fuses have saved my gun tons of times.

I just want to chime because I work retail and I know it is common to always hear the complaints, and rarely hear of the good stuff.

Very well said John. I do agree with the excellent customer service and wonderful advice that I have received from all the folks here at the Sac AEX. Everytime I go into the store, I feel very welcome by the friendliness of the staff. We are very fortunate to have a great store here.
Even when I had $$$ to spend and was looking to make a foolish purchase they gave me good advice rather than taking my $$$. I am huge on putting my money where I will see the most return.
