So let me get this straight. Basicly, they're talking about some poor paparazzi that was doing nothing more than minding his own business by waiting to pry his telephoto lense in an overated prego celebraty's business? And then he gets shot by a BB gun? Poor whiner! Yes I believe they should put a detective on the case right away. Nevermind the murders, child abductions, drug problems, car thefts, home invasions, burglaries or internet cons. By golly this is serious! We should not rest until the perp is caught and penalized to the full extent of the law! He/she will see what 2 hours of scraping bubble gum from under park benches will do for that trigger finger. Let's see what kinda example that will set! I tell you what.

couldnt have been a airsoft gun, not if the wound had to be bandaged up and dude sent to the dr's office....unless it was a really really hard shooting gun...where we can all gather that dude prolly wouldnt pass chrono for any of our games =p
