I cant post a reply on the 9/4 CQB game forum. I can post on all the other forums. I think the link is messed up becuase everytime i click on the post reply button it brings me to the forum topics page.

They upgraded the server either yesterday or today. Looks like you just found the first glitch. I'll report it.
I just go tit to work. I have to log out then click on the post reply button then log back in and it will bring me to the right page. Don't ask me how I figured that out. :D
