would an mp5 be considered....
a cqb weapon?
if you try to fail but you suceed which do you do?
Yes it would

do you mean as in a real MP5 or do you mean would it qualify you to play CQB games hosted by members on this forum?
The mp-5 is one of the best CQB tools there is, are you thinking about getting one? I have an ICS MP-5 SD6 AND I like it its comfortable to shoot and easy to use in CQB. I think I am going to get a MP-5 A4 when I use up this one.

I have an ICS mp5a4, the only thing about it is that airsplat says it shoots 360 fps.... :? So does that mean its upgraded or stock as I picked it out in hopes that I could play both cqb and woodland battles, yes im cheap but hey who has $600 to pay just for guns, I am having a hard enough time affording the gear too
ICS + $$$ + time = gun repair experience
i might get a mp5 but i dont like cqb can you upgrade one to go past 350 and can you buy a longer barrel?
if you try to fail but you suceed which do you do?
You can.... but it wont hold up like a larger gun will. They are meant for cqb. Every gun has its "happy place"
In close range combat, an unsuspecting melon will get the back of its melon blown off.
what would be a good gun for not cqb

[quote="Amateur Ninja"]obviously you dont know him.
Airsoft engagements are usually pretty close, so an MP-5 would be good for just about any game.

I don't know if you guys read my post up there or not. But ...the company I bought my ICS mp5a4 from says it shoots 360 fps, I however cannot tell if that is true as I do not personally own a chronograph. Still assuming it shoots at leats 350, is there any way that I can stick a new spring that would reduce the power--i know its possible but I don't know what spring I have or what one to get, and if I was to do so would I need to buy any other parts. Surely a 360fps mp5a4 is not CQB friendly--- :!: but there is no friends in war :!:

I have seen the +/- rule, but it sounds like that is for the first time and after that you have do lower the fps :?: .....I don't know but that is what I thought it ment ...thus why I asked the question.

It's like this. If your gun has a fresh spring in it, before the spring has been "worn in", Sacair makes concessions for that and will allow a slight overage. They used to allow +10 fps over the limit if your gun was just newly upgraded and had hardly been shot at all. I don't know how the rules about that work these days.

Confusious say: Virginity is Like a Balloon,One prick and its gone!!! LOL
Eh i've realized one truth in Airsoft, it takes some swallowing of pride to admit this, but these guns arent that accurate, and aren't that consistent,
