Good face protection?
I've been trying to figure out what the best face protection would be during a game...

i used a baclava, but it didnt do much. second, a baclava will fog up ur maske even more because all of ur breath goes up and out of the spaces around ur eyes. nor for goggles, fog proof is like magic beans. they may exist, but i havent seen em.
You can buy anti-fog stuff to rub on the goggles. I don't remember what it's called but I put it on my 15 dollar goggles and it keeps it unfogged well enough.
Hope this helps. One of the things I do for the bathroom is to wipe down the mirror with shaving cream. funny as it may sound it prevents the steam from sticking to the mirror. So come out of a completely hot shower and you can see yourself bright as day. Try it with the goggles.

All i use is a pair of bolistics wiley glasses and a boonie hat. If neccesary i will wear a ski mask or some form of cloth protection.
I do this to my Wiley X SG 1s...works for ski goggles and scuba also. Rinse the lenses off and dry them...then put a small amount of non antibacterial dish soap on them and rub it around with your finger. Rinse LIGHTLY and let them dry. The thin coating of soap prevents fogging so long as you don't rub it off. I accidently rubbed the left lense on sunday and it would fog up a tiny bit but not so bad that i couldn't blow on the inside of the lense to make it defog.

couldnt you get one of those little bags that absorb moisture that you find in like brand new pairs of shoes or like.... stuff like that. the little bag filled with small pellets that says "DO NOT EAT" on it. could you like tape one of those inside your goggles?
I wear goggles that I used from paintball. They are standard Scott 360 degree mask and goggle system. It is a fairly fog "resistant" goggle (no goggle is fog "proof"). The only time I've had trouble with them is when it's moist out, say like, after a rain. Even then, I can see deccent. They do sell fans that attach to the top and that would take care of that problem. What i did with my mask was to simply detach it from the goggle and Wham Bamm Boddabing! Goggles.

I actually found using a very very thin coat of car wax paste buffed in has actually worked to help reduce fogging in my goggles. I learned that when I did scuba diving. I know it sounds weird but it has worked for me.
One Idea is to have two pairs of inexensive goggles/glasses and switch them out when one gets fogged.

Baby lotion and water always did the trick with my paintball mask.
If I had two dead rats. I would cut you.
well wat i do is..... i buy the scuba diving anti-fog and use it on there.. but on my last trip from mexico i learned that if u put johnson and johnson baby tear free wash on urs lens and then rinse it ull have a fog free mask for 2 days without having to put more on.... its awsome and smells great :D
Yeah the baby free wash thing is like the ancient Tibet secret of anti fog.
