My G3 SAS should be here this week and I noticed that it says it takes a new mini? It looks the same as the old min but not wraped around the bats. Any one have one of the New Bats, if so is there any difference?
Keep us posted on this one... I think I might pick one up down the road. Just make sure you have it at the next game you are at... I gotta check it out!

With any luck my Ris for the MP5K will Fit it. Not sure yet. If not will add side rails and go with a Bat box on side or put a full stock on it. All depends on what it looks like.
The SAS arived today. Looks good but not much room for a battery. It fits a 8.4 mini . A 9.6 Will just fits if you push hard. I had a 350fps upgrade done at Airsoft Shop and had a silent head installed also. It fires well I have put a full stock on it untill my batterys arive on friday. It is heavy for a little gun. It has a quick disconect for the flash (QD flash is made of very light plastic). There is also no forward sling point on the gun. Is always AS does a great job on the upgrades. (metal bushings and spring installed for $15.)
CAn you put a battery in the stock. or batterey bag on the stock. I want to buy this gun actually two of them are they suited for outside or are they strictly cqb? How acurate? I guess how are they compared to an mp5?

Yes I have a 9.6 3000 in the full stock I have on it now. As far as accuracy It shoots better then my MP5K but not as well as my MC51 (51 has a tight barrell in it and full upgrades). It fires well and fast even at 350 fps. The FPS looks a little low but it was to dark to chrono and I was using 25s. So far only 3 minor complaints. 1) I asked to have the trades taped and they etched them out. 2) No forward sling pin. 3) Plastic QD flash hider.
