Does your M4A1 or M16 have barrel wobble? Do you have any problems with the gun? Is the barrel wobble easy to fix? Do the hi caps jam easily and do the hicaps work well? Just trying to find out some quick questions to make me better understand the gun.
I have the M4a1, it has barrel wobble, and it flex's. I fixed the barrel wobble by adding a strip of rubber between the forgrip release, and the reciever. This stopped the barrel from wobbling, I'd say by about 90%, but with the way the M16/M4s are designed theres also a slight flex.
I have an A2, which got barrel wobble BAD after a few weeks. If you just tighten everything up between games, it works ok. I ended up getting a chamber block, because I knew it would couldn't handle the weight of the 203 I put on.
i dislike the m16 due to its huge size and long barrel. this makes it more likely to have barrel wobble. my m4 does not have any barrel wobble problems as well as flex. this may be due to the fact that it has no accessories on the front. my hicaps are 1 CA and 1 TM. both perform flawlessly. but for good measure, stick with TM hicaps. i like the m4 better than the m16, becuz, well the m16 doesnt get that much more range than the m4 and the m4 is half the size of the m16. just my 2 cents.
I feel the need to defend my gun here.
I am selling a brand new chamber block for M16's and M4's. It is made by PDI. PM me if you are interested.
OK thanks guys i was just trying to get a feel for the guns and what you put helps.
yea aaron remembr my m733. well i had bad bad barrel wobble and all i had to do was tighten everything down and it fixed it like a charm. i just took it apart and put it back together.
Yeah i wasnt quite sure what you did thanks billy
Hey whats the difference between the m733 and the m4 because they seem to look the same to me.
M733 uses the M16A2 reciever, so it is not a flat top receiver.
Thanks i thats what i kind of thought
