anyone having a game this weekend?

I believe Dave and/or John are hosting a game at the Nam field on Saturday. May want to double check with them.

I was waiting to see if Dave wanted to do it Saturday. Ron also said he may run one Sunday. I'm about to leave for a meeting in Tahoe, and will be back tomorrow (Wednsday). If a game is not posted then I'll run one Saturday at Nam, and if Ron runs one Sunday I'll be there as well.

NICE! I guess there will be 2 games this weekend, then. That should satisfy everyone who complains that they can't make it one day or the other. The people that can't go on Sundays, such as #1Jerk, can go on Saturday, and the people that can't go on Saturday, such as Flyboy, can go on Sunday. This works out perfectly. Two Sacair hosted games in one weekend. Awesome. 8)

hmm thinking sunday for me =) ill have to see whats up tho ill give a definite answer tomorrow =)

i prob won't be able to do anything this weekend just got back to work and need to settle in to that first. I'll see about next week though

I could use a break too...well I've got work friday, saturday, and sunday night anyway...so...

John (BlackIce) and I were talking at last weekend's game and we decided we're going to pull a "BlackOps" with this weekends games. We're going to hype it all up with stupid informercial sounding posts. So if anyone sees it, we're not being rude or sarcastic. It's just to poke fun at how stupid BlackOps and his blatant promotion of "Op Broken Talon" is. So don't trip when you see our stupid posts.

Nah, it's only funny if you do it on the board. We're just poking fun at Mr. "I'm-not-a-paid-promoter-and-I'm-just-in-it-for-the-fun" BlackOps.

Let me know which month you decide. We've been kinda kicking around ideas for a large game as well. I've been talking to Bill and Tuan about setting up a game that requires advanced prep of the field, and multiple objectives, as well as some interesting props.

I'm looking at my calendar. This is going to take a lot of time to prepare, so I'm looking at Sunday, November 13th now. I'll post it up and organize it. Will probably ask for a set of player referees again to try to keep an eye on things. (In fact, I have my thoughts on a fixed set of player refs to draw from. I'll make another post about it later.)

Let me know what you have in mind for the raffle and I should be able to pitch in some $$$ to help out.
