Yes, I do remeber that he worked for the CYA and thats what i cam eup with after searching the internet. I also remeber sending the real info to someone via PM before, I do not have the PM any longer but maybe one of you guys can pull it up somehow.

Ok. Great! now we've got to call him up. it's 11:10ish so, i think we should call him tomorrow. Now we just gotta figure out who should call and what they should say....

The only contact I had with him was when Zealot and I spoke with him at CP, after that I e-mailed him the waiver and stated if there were any prob's to reply...he never did so we've been playing ever since.

Besides he might know a few of you from work...

If you want to do it snoop that would be cool, or steve, i'm not sure. but anyway, we need to know what to ask him, how to ask him... like, Hey, Mr. Wallace, we've kinda been playing on your property for like 2 years now, is it still cool that we play there, and can we get it in writting? :)

I do fine in writing stuff...my old posts on airsoft retreat are actually quite mean...trying to correct people and all...LoL...just waiting for word from playtops about his e-mail...We all don't want to bug Mr. Wallace now do we? Oh, and don't worry about the three dots after every sentence...lol...it's a forum thing...

I would say pick up litter rather then minimize...saying minimize gives the impression that we do leave litter, just in minimal amounts. lol

As of now I have not got any response from him. Not sure what you want to do but snoopy what you wrote looks good to me.

i also tried to contact him awhile ago and have gotten no response, but snoopy, letter sounds good =). i left a Vmail for him and nothing yet, i guess wait and see.

should also mention that it is just for fun, no money is being transfered at all.

tried calling again today no luck thus far, ill keep trying to contacting him, hopefully he will pick up one time, ill get you guys all the info and try to set something up with him, all should do the same also in case one of us breaks through.

Any new info regarding contacting the landowner?

Well, this isn't looking good, however a friend of mine owns a cabin about 20 minutes past CP and he says theres land out there that we could probably use...people go out there and shoot real steal all the time, including him. Supposedly allot of paintball goes on out there all the time, as well. I'll go check it out and let you guys know.

I won't get to chacking that land for a bit yet, gimme a week or so, I'm buuusy.

Kam: thanks man for all your help, and yet nothing from the owner, i stopped calling though after about a week, i only left about 2 messages for him, but yet nothing.

You guys do realize that he doesn't own all of that land, when he explained to me the boundries of his land he said it went to that first right turn in the dirt road over to that back road where the bum used to sleep... so he only actually owns the first 2 clearings and the land to the left of the road, He even told me he didn't own the road itself... maybe we can check this out somehow and find out who owns the rest of the land.

I was there the day we first met him and he seemed pretty reasonable..I think the Sherrifs prolly were told that by the land owner farther up the hill...we still need to make *serious* contact with Mr. Wallace or explore other field options. I think we should suspend games until we contact Mr. Wallace
