I highly doubt it. I know for a fact you can't with other types of 3rd party barrels, not sure about the CA specifically, but I'd say no.
i did a lot of research into this for my own CA...gilligan is exactly right. CA barrel is too think...you'll need a dremel or a stock TM barrel.
