i hear the aps-2 is one of the best ones to go with. but if ur on a buget i would look in to the utg sniper rifle. i kno u can find the utg at www.airsplat.com

I don't know much about the spring rifle series (trying to get into it myself) but if your looking for something you can upgrade the hell out of then go with the APS2 series. I am not sure about the Type 96 though because I hear it has poor hopup (probably a easy fix) and not all parts are compatible with it.
If I had two dead rats. I would cut you.

Two of the best spring rifles are the Maruzen APS-2 and the Tokyo Marui G-Spec. These are very good base guns and can be upgraded to whatever FPS you want. They are also very reliable in combat too.

dude, go with the aps2. don't waste your time and money with crap. it'll be cheaper to buy a quality gun than to buy multiple crap guns that all break in the long run.

SF, couldn't have put it better myself. i agree with him fully, dont waste your money on say a super 9, save up for aps2 or vsr
