Charging with a TLP TL15 Battery Charger

Yesterday I just got my first AEG (a TM M4 S-System) And I got a p & q box. With it I also purchased a TLP TL15 Charger. The directions don't really tell me how to charge my battery but there is a knob on the front called "Current Adjustment" and it goes from .5a to 5.5a.

charge your battery at 1.5 or 2.0 amps. and just push the button once and it will peak charge. i don't recomment using the discharger. use the marui one. when done charging it will beep and the fan will shut off. it will keep on beeping till you disconnect the battery. then your done. when you start charging set the amps and then flip the switch to mah to see the full peak charge of mah.

If you want your batteries to last forever, I heard not to charge over 1 amp. The directions may state otherwise but that all depends on how long you want your batteries should last. I peronsonally have charged over 1 amp with no problem. Also, I would never just leave your battery hooked up and charging even though it will trickle charge your battery. You never know with electricity on what could happen.
