I will take the one with the voodoo card. hehe I can play carmaggedeon like it is supposed to be played. I dont need the HD I have enough :). This one is great for my project, and if nobody takes the other one I will buy that too.

Welp, the Voodoo card is only a 16bit card. It ran Delta Force Land Warrior and Star Wars Gallactic Battlegrounds fine.
