By traveling back in time and killing Alex Murphy (RoboCop) then chuck norris takes the easy way out and avoids robocop all together, thus he can't beat robocop but only the human part he used to be

Without the human component Robocop Is Defeated, Chuck Norris Didn't take the easy way out, He Did the smart thing!
