i wasnt alive when this happened, but it was so bad HERE IN SAC, when it haappened it cracked the concrete around my parents pool. neer got around to filling em in... huh. :roll:

Man it was longer than that wasn't it? I remember that day very well, all too well, then 4 years later I was in the Northridge Earthquake. Both times I didn't realize it was an earthquake until after it was over.

I was 2 yrs old, in burlingame, near palo alto. thats where we lived at the time, basically ground zero... I honestly have a very good memory of random things when i was really young...

one of my moms really good friends, we still keep in contact with, was driving on the(mind went blank) double deck highway/bridge during it, she was pregnant, the bridge collapse on her car, she lived but her baby died...

I was underneath my car changing the oil with just the jack holding it up, lol. Car started shaking? I thought it was a friend messing with me and trying to kill me! I got out from under the car and saw the leaves on the trees shaking..... 16 years already?!?!? :shock:
