silencer help!

Oct 19, 2005 3:02am
ok, i finally got my new beita! yaaaay! the silencer fits like a charm, but after a 100 rounds or so, the bb's catch the end of the silencer and shoot 45 degrees downwards. the silencer is 300 mm long. is it because of the length or can i fix it some how? i tightened the sight where the silencer attaches to and it doesnt do that as often and when i just hold the silencer like a fore grip it doesnt do that at all. suggestions?

When you loosen the silencer does it wobble on the threads? If it does it may just be tightening crooked because the threads are a little worn and loose. Try wrapping the threads with some teflon tape to stiffen it up.
In close range combat, an unsuspecting melon will get the back of its melon blown off.

no it tightens fine. i think that the silencer might weigh down the front so it dips downward a little bit. could you think of a way to keep it stiff?

I still say to teflon tape it. Give it a couple wraps in the direction that wont unravel the tape and see if it helps. Its just a lil tefon, wont hurt anything....

if its an AEG then id just put the longer barrel through it, add accuracy but keep the look of the silencer.
And shephards we will be.
