It's time to move to Alaska....
Man o man, these guys are smart, I wish I could move to Alaska.
Seek the Narrow Gate, for the path is broad and the gate is wide that leads to destruction.
Vermont and Michigan are also states with no CCW laws for carrying handguns. If you're legal to own, you're legal to carry.
As well as it is possible to apply and be granted a permit in California... well maybe not to easy in Sacramento but in more rural counties.
I dunno. If anyone can find a rural area where one can obtain a CCW, let me know. I have a friend in Los Angeles that was so desperate to get a CCW that he got an Ohio CCW, which is honored in like, 26 states or something. (Kalifornia not being one of them.) He spent forever desperately trying to find a way to get a Kalifornia CCW.
Vote for me and then you can carry all weapon that you want,

You just got killed by a Daewoo Lanos...How You like me now?
Won't this sortof cause people to resort to gun violence and threats more often??
Gun control is not Crime control.
yea that would suck because there would be more murder with guns. especialy with people with anger problems. Example- a man with anger probs goes to mcdonalds he asks for a chesburger no onions. he gets onions gets pissed off pulls out a desert eagle and blows someones head off.
if you try to fail but you suceed which do you do?
Why does he want to carry so bad. If he is not properly trained it would probably be more harm then good?
Oh yeah, and for a while there, I know that Isleton (where they hold the Crawdad Festival every year.) was issuing CCW like crazy. If you were legal to carry, they issued you one. They weren't too worried about your justification for one. It was the easiest place in the state to get a CCW. People came from all over Kalifornia to get issued one. The state put a stop to that real quick.
Did anyone else notice that the paper that published this article refered to it as a "ANTI-GUN CONTROL" law. This shows the extream liberal bias in the media. I would like to see it called a "CONSTITUTIONAL VICTORY" but I would settle for "ANTI-CRIME" law.

shit ever since i went there last summer ive wanted to live there. Now i have more of a reason to move!
Its a good thing I live in Placer County. the most conservitive county in the State. Or I would SNAP like this 1,000 times a day!

And I bet the murder rate for the whole state is less than that of Long Beach. where only the criminals carry guns

Gun control is not Crime control.
Possesion of firearms is a right given to us by the constitution and then infringed upon by poloticions.
I think we are just preaching to the choir, since we all agree with lax gun laws. I think we need to take a lesson from the swiss
Mna, now that is funny. Lol... you were... joking, right?

not really, they are really modern and would offer me a very suitible place to live as opposed to Alaska where its cold and my line of work is not in abundence.

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
wow, Jimmy, your on the money tonight, your throwing out great things here and there. :D
I personaly think driving should be right not a privlage it is nearly impossible in todays world to survive without being able to drive. i dont think they should be able to restrict your driving for things unrelated to driving ie back taxes, child support.
