Does anyone know of or how to create a holster that I can put my p90 on my thigh. i'm kind of thinking of using it like a back-up weapon, and i've seen people having other SMG's in custom holsters before, but never the p90. also, if you've ever played splinter cell on xbox live, i'm thinking of how the spies have their p90 look-a-like gun on their thighs. the length of the gun is perfect for my leg, but, the current drop-leg wrap-around thing i have doesn't work.

I may just be blind but it seems fairly hard to make a funcional holster for a P90. I mean unlike other guns the trigger is in the center/forward-center and i don't believe a holster supporting just the front would give a secure enough hold. Also a nearly full holster (covering 1/2+ of the gun) seems like it would be overly hard to take out. I would just suggest getting a sling for simplicities sake.
i already have a slinged m4, so, i think they would get tangled up. and as far as i know, you have to mod the p90 to use a sling. but, i could be mistaken. also, the idea of the holster for the p90 is not so much for speed or use as a pistol, but more just as potential firepower on the battlefield for extended games. also, the p90 has been silenced quite a bit with dynamat and a silencer, so it might be useful to use for taking out a person behind enemy lines, but is somewhat small to be practical as my main rifle, which it has served in the past.

doesnt seem terribly hard to me....just take some fairly thick cloth and make like a backpack style things that has some straps around ur leg...or maybe that wasn't what ur thinkin' of
I have an idea, but it would require knowing how to put together a drop-leg holster base. Make a cup for the barrle to fit into and a velcro T where the arms of the t rap around the butt near the breach and the leg of the t raps around the butt plate. Might work, mithgt not. Don't have a P90 or I'd try it.
Operational is when you get reports of gunfire in the area.
i own snoopy's p90. and i know his drop-leg mag holder, but it doesnt hold the p90 itself.

I would get the nylon fabric that they make holster out of, and some stiff, thin cardboard(the real stiff kind you find at home depot) and sew the cardboard tightly between the fabric to make a frame. Then at the top where the tower is id leave an opening so the tower would just stick out the top(that would allow you to put any sight on it without worrying about clearance). so basically the gun would "slide" forward and down into the hostler; instead of down like for a pistol. So the bottom and side of the gun would be open for easy access. then just use buttons or latches to wrap around the the bottom and butt of the gun.
In close range combat, an unsuspecting melon will get the back of its melon blown off.
I'm lookiin at my P90 right now and seeing it... I sure as hell wouldn't want to holster this thing. It might be small for rifle standards but I sure don't think it's "holster-able." You should just buy a speciallized p90 sling then use a couple utlility/web belts and snap then together around the gun and your body to hold it steady with the sling to your body flat so you can use the m4 a bit easier.
oooooo that sounds fun p90 on the thigh
And shephards we will be.
