ok, heres the deal: i charged my battery for 6 and a half ours instead of the 4 and a half i was supposed to charge it. is this battery totally fried and unusabale now, or could i somehow fix it? im thinking it might be best if i just go buy another battery, but i was just asking before i actually did it. all help is appreciated.

Yes, the battery is pretty much fried. Spending or investing in a good charger and batteries is one thing that is always overlooked in airsoft. One of the most important thing to buy is a good if not great charger to prevent any overcharging and keep your batteries running in tip-top shape.
