Need a piston that will take a lot of beating and will not strip the gears off. What is recommended, a systema Aluminium piston or system Polycarb?

What spring are you going to use? If its for sniping go with the aluminum but if its for a normal upgrade go with a polycarbonate, they can still take a hell of a lot of use.

Polycarb for hi-speed. Also, grind off the center section of the piston guide. Leave about 20mm on the rear of the piston and 10mm on the front of the piston. Round off the feeding side of the front section. Grab some steel wool and clean up the finish in the spring housing. Get a Q-tip and polish, polish the piston guide on the mechbox. Get a razor blade and remove the mold seam on the front of the piston where the piston head attaches to the piston.
