New Game with command infastructure.
This is version 1, please add 2 it or tell me of your opinon. I would love to get more emersed in game play via having a command structure. I need more games added to this because its rather ruff and its 4 am and i need sleep. OR EVEN REVISE IT, NE THING.
i voted work... it would on say a invite were everyone invited is known to not be a fucktard, some of the people who just show up, or even the posters just do not listen.... they just want to wander off and shoot people.
but if sacair was to doa invite only for this game, then we would exlude quite a number of people and we need alot for something like this. Regardless, school has started @ ARC and i am taking 16 units. This has taken most of my time so i cannot update this scenerio. This version needs to be supplied with more games that use a simple command struct. So if ne wants to add 2 it please do.

I think the idea of an organized command structure is a great one. But I'm just a bit thrown off by the whole Shogun rank type structure. We are using modern weapons, so therefore I would think that we would pick a ground force to model ourselves off of, such as Infantry, Special Forces etc...
it was just for kicks, ne 1 can name it what ever they want
Not to sound critical, but I'll be impressed if we can pull this off. Scenario wise, it sounds really cool. However, I have to agree with pbum that some people just wander off and do their own thing. In my opinion, this has always been the downfall to some games. Too many rambo wannabes thinking they can win a game themselves. Teamwork requires a lot of communication, cooperation and motivation. I think before a game like this is run, maybe let people know in advance, who is on what team and give a date on which each team can practice moving/working together. I'm fresh out of BCT/AIT and wouldn't mind helping these teams get setup and practice basic squad tactics and movements.
Denis has got his s**t square. He's right about the 'rambo' factor. If people were willing to work as a team than it would work. Maybe 18 or 21 and over would be an effective way to root out the wannabees. Then again some of the younger kids can take direction, but teamwork sounds like the emphasis. I'm in if the teams are able to prep and maybe train as far as tactics go.
I totally agree with the last two posts. We need to have older people doing it to begin with, plus those of us with military backgrounds need to step up and be willing to give basic tactical training to those who do not have any background.
i will probably start playing in a couple of weeks once i replace all the stuff i lost or my wife threw away since ive been out. yuba looks like a good place to do some tactical training since its open country and everyone will be able to see whats going on. what unit were you in on active duty red?
I was in Field Artillery on Active Duty, 1 BN 12 FA, and 6 BN 37 FA.
i was in the 1/506th inf in korea, 3/27th inf at ft ord, i spent three years at the 921st field hospital in the reserves until i couldnt stand being in a poge unit and switched to the guard and spent three years at the 184th in auburn ive been out for about four years now. kind of amazing how having a family will change your outlook on life, but i still miss it
Woah, cool to see other people in the Army play airsoft. I've only been in for a year. I'm currently with A Co 368th MI Bn
Well, going that far into it, I was first in the 270th MP Co here in Sac, then went active, was at Camp Stanley in Korea (6/37) Then at Ft. Sill (1/12) I've been out since Apr 01.
